Coast City Youth

Middle & High School Students

Students are hungry for something real — and they don't want to pretend anymore. Coast City Youth is a place where students in 6th through 12th grade get to be exactly who they are, without the act. We know who — not what — this generation needs: Jesus, real love, and real truth. That's what we point them to every week. If you're a student looking for community, a parent looking for a place where your kid will actually want to show up, or a family that's just trying to figure out where to land — we'd love to meet you.

Weekly Gatherings

Students can expect: Worship, Biblical teaching, Small groups, Games and competitions, and Meaningful friendships 

Wednesday NIGHTS

The whole crew gathers Wednesday nights from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in The Current at Coast City Church.

Wednesday is our main thing — worship, a devotion, small groups, and some seriously fun competition. It's where the friendships form, the conversations get real, and students start to see what following Jesus actually looks like in their everyday lives.

Sunday MORNINGS

We currently host a Jr High service during the 9:00 and 10:30am Sunday services, in The Undercurrent Room at the side of The Current Co building. It's a chance for our middle schoolers to worship and dig into Scripture in a setting designed specifically for them.

What to expect

A typical night includes:

  • Worship — loud, alive, and student-led when we can pull it off

  • A devotion — biblical, honest, built for where students actually are

  • Groups — broken out by age and gender, where the real conversations happen

  • Fun and competition — we take our fun seriously around here

It's a good time. It's also a place where students walk out knowing they're seen, known, and not alone.

Our Biggest Event of the Year

Summer CAMP

Every summer, our students head to Pinecrest Camp in Twin Peaks for the most unforgettable few days of the year.

From Thursday afternoon through Sunday morning, our youth experience:

  • Powerful worship

  • Equipping messages that meet students where they are

  • Crazy recreation and competition (the stories alone are worth the trip)

  • Real time growing closer to Jesus and to each other

Camp is the kind of place where students step away from the noise of everyday life and meet God in a way that sticks. Friendships form, breakthroughs happen, and lives change. Ask any student who's been — Summer Camp is undefeated and unforgettable.
