If you're over 55, there's a seat saved for you at the table. Our Seniors ministry is a warm, welcoming community of adults who gather every month for great food, real fellowship, and a fresh word. Whether you've been part of Coast City Church for years or you're brand new to Oceanside, this is a place to belong, make new friends, and enjoy this season of life alongside others who get it.

Our Gathering

We gather on the second Thursday of every month at 12:00pm in The Current at Coast City Church.

Lunch is always free, and there's no need to bring anything but yourself. Just show up, grab a seat, and settle in.

What to Expect

Each gathering includes:

  • A delicious, freshly prepared lunch

  • A short, encouraging message from Pastor Don

  • Singing and worship together

  • Plenty of time for conversation and connection

 You'll leave full, encouraged, and almost certainly with a few new friends.

Monthly Themed Lunches

We love a good theme. Throughout the year, our monthly lunches take on different flavors — seasonal celebrations, holiday gatherings, and cultural themes that bring fresh creativity to the table. Same warm community, with a little something different to look forward to each month.

Outings & Adventures

Beyond our monthly lunches, we plan occasional outings throughout the year — day trips, special events, and group adventures that take us beyond the church walls. These outings are a favorite for many in our group: a chance to explore, laugh, and make memories together.
