WHY WE DO THIS

Every year, a group of churches across North County gathers for one night together. A night where believers from dozens of congregations stand in the same room together, worship the same Jesus, and pray over the same streets, schools, and neighborhoods we all call home. We believe unity is a witness. 

Seven years in, growing from a church parking lot, to the Oceanside Pier Amphitheater to an arena isn't just a logistics upgrade. It's a sign of what God has been doing — and an invitation for even more of our community to encounter Him this year! Last year we filled Oceanside Pier Amphitheater beyond capacity, which is why we're moving to a room built to hold more of our community.

How Can Your Church Be Involved

There are three ways your church can partner with us to make Encounter Night 2026 possible.

VOLUNTEERS

Encounter Night runs on the hands and hearts of volunteers from across North County. We need ushers, parking team, merch booth help, chair set-up crews, and prayer teams to serve at the arena on November 8.

  • Chair Set-Up Crew — 10 needed
  • Parking Team — 15 needed
  • Ushers — 30 needed
  • Merch Team — 12 needed
  • Prayer Team — 40 needed

PROMOTion

Help us fill the room. We've put together shareable graphics and videos your church can use on online, via social media, and from the stage. Announce and promote Encounter Night with your church starting so we can build momentum together leading up to the event.

Each year, Encounter Night is entirely funded by our partner churches. Moving to Frontwave Arena is a big step of faith, and every gift helps make room for more of our city to walk in, hear the Gospel, and encounter Jesus. Tickets are free and parking is free — your partnership is what makes that possible.
